What is Spanlines?
Spanlines is construction management software for fiber and OSP contractors. You mark up your construction plans, hand out the work to your crews and subcontractors, track daily progress right on the plan, and bill by completed work code — all in one place, on the web and on a mobile app for iOS and Android.
Who is Spanlines for?
Fiber and OSP construction contractors and subcontractors in the US — underground and aerial — who run several crews and bill by footage or by unit. It also fits any work that runs along a route, like power, gas and water.
How does Spanlines help me get paid faster?
Invoices come straight from work that was recorded on the plan. Each crew invoices what it built, with photos as proof, and you approve it after checking it against the plan. There's nothing to reconcile between spreadsheets and invoices, so billing goes out sooner and with fewer disputes.
Can my subcontractors use Spanlines?
Yes. Your own crews and your subcontractors each get their own access. They see only the work assigned to them and send their invoices from their phone. You keep control of rates and approvals.
Does Spanlines work on mobile?
Yes. Spanlines has a web app for the office and a mobile app for iOS and Android for the field.
Is Spanlines available in Spanish?
Yes. Spanlines is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Each person chooses their language, so the office and the crews can each work in the one they're most comfortable with.
How much does Spanlines cost?
Spanlines is priced per crew, per month, with everything included: $79 per crew for 1–10 crews, $69 for 11–20, $59 for 21–50 and $49 for 51 or more. There's no setup fee and no minimum, and it's month to month. Teams that start now get a launch rate of $59 per crew (or less, depending on their tier) locked for 12 months.
Does Spanlines replace Bluebeam or my spreadsheets?
It replaces the spreadsheets you use to track progress and billing. You keep working from your PDF construction plans: Spanlines adds crew assignments, daily progress and invoicing on top of them, which a markup tool like Bluebeam doesn't do.
Can I pay my in-house crews with Spanlines?
Yes. You record attendance and daily production for your own crews, and Spanlines calculates what each crew earned using your pay rules by work code. Only days with production get paid.
Who owns my data?
You do. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company, and you can export your plans, progress and invoices to PDF at any time.
